LTCC Administrator Position:

Our progressive 94 bed Long Term Care Center includes a 20 bed special care unit and is co-located with West Park Hospital, providing a full array of services. With an average daily census of 80 residents we provide personalized, compassionate nursing care by committed health care professionals.
This position requires a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in healthcare; business or a related field. A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a LTC administrator. Prefer a master’s in business or related field. Must have a current Wyoming license as a nursing home administrator, or have the ability to obtain. Skills required: In depth knowledge of CMS OBRA regulations for nursing homes; Proven success with CMS survey process for long term care facilities; Working knowledge of Medicare requirements for SNF benefit eligibility; Experience with the QA/PI process; Successful leadership record with a diverse workforce.
